Welcome to DATT Vape Distro’s comprehensive collection of vape coils, the essential consumable that keeps your customers coming back. As one of the UK’s leading wholesale distributors, we supply vape shops, convenience stores, and online retailers with an extensive range of replacement coils for all major devices at competitive trade prices.
Vape coils are the heart of every vaping device, directly responsible for heating e-liquid and producing the vapour and flavour your customers enjoy. As consumable items that require regular replacement, coils represent one of the most consistent revenue streams in vape retail. Customers who find a reliable source for their preferred coils become loyal, repeat buyers – making coil inventory a critical priority for any successful vape business.
At DATT Vape Distro, we understand that authentic vape coils are essential for customer satisfaction. Counterfeit coils deliver poor performance, unpleasant tastes, and can damage devices – destroying customer trust in the process. That’s why we source exclusively from authorised manufacturers and official distributors, ensuring every coil we supply is 100% genuine with consistent quality your customers can rely on.
Vape coils are arguably the most important consumable category in vape retail. Unlike one-time hardware purchases, coils need replacing every one to three weeks depending on usage, creating predictable, recurring demand. A well-stocked coil selection ensures customers have a reason to visit your store regularly, building relationships and creating opportunities for additional sales.
Here’s why successful retailers prioritise vape coils in their inventory:
| Benefit | Why It Matters |
|---|---|
| Guaranteed Repeat Business | Coils are consumables that need regular replacement – customers return every 1-3 weeks for fresh coils |
| High Profit Margins | Vape coils offer excellent retail margins, especially when purchased at wholesale volumes |
| Customer Retention Tool | Being the reliable source for someone’s coils keeps them coming back rather than shopping elsewhere |
| Cross-Selling Opportunities | Coil purchases often lead to additional e-liquid, accessory, or hardware upgrade sales |
| Compact Storage | Small packaging means you can stock extensive coil ranges without dedicating significant shelf space |
| Essential Purchase | Customers need coils to use their devices – it’s not a discretionary purchase they can skip |
DATT Vape Distro stocks a comprehensive range of vape coils compatible with the most popular devices on the UK market. From pod system coils to sub-ohm tank replacements, we maintain deep inventory across all major brands and resistance options. Our buying team continuously monitors market trends to ensure we stock the coils your customers actually need.
Our wholesale vape coils selection includes mesh coils for enhanced flavour and longevity, traditional wire coils for classic performance, and specialised options for different vaping styles. Whether your customers prefer mouth-to-lung draws with higher resistance coils or direct-lung clouds with sub-ohm options, we have the right coils to match their preferences and devices.
Authenticity is absolutely critical with vape coils. Counterfeit coils are unfortunately common in the market, and they deliver inferior performance that frustrates customers and reflects poorly on retailers. Every coil we supply is sourced through official manufacturer channels, featuring genuine materials, proper quality control, and authentic packaging. Your customers get the performance they expect, and you maintain your reputation for quality.
Understanding the different vape coil types helps you guide customers to the right products for their devices and preferences:
| Coil Type | Characteristics & Best For |
|---|---|
| Mesh Coils | Larger heating surface area delivers superior flavour, faster heating, and longer lifespan – the most popular choice |
| Regular/Wire Coils | Traditional wound wire construction, reliable performance, often more affordable than mesh alternatives |
| Pod Coils | Designed specifically for pod systems – compact, easy to install, available in various resistances |
| Sub-Ohm Coils | Resistance below 1.0Ω for direct-lung vaping with higher wattages, producing larger clouds and intense flavour |
| MTL Coils | Higher resistance (typically 0.8Ω-1.8Ω) for mouth-to-lung vaping, ideal with nicotine salts and ex-smokers |
| RDL Coils | Restricted direct-lung coils offering a middle ground between MTL and full sub-ohm experiences |
| Ceramic Coils | Porous ceramic heating element for clean, pure flavour with extended longevity – specialist option |
Our team can advise on which vape coils are selling best and help you build an inventory that matches the devices popular in your local market.
One of the challenges with vape coils is ensuring customers get the right coils for their specific devices. Coils are not universal – they’re designed for particular tanks, pods, or device families. Stocking a comprehensive range means having the right coils available when customers arrive with their devices.
Many manufacturers use consistent coil platforms across multiple devices, which simplifies inventory management. For example, a single coil type might work across an entire product range from one brand. We clearly indicate compatibility information on all products, making it easy for you and your staff to match customers with the correct vape coils quickly and confidently.
If you’re unsure which coils to stock based on the hardware you sell, our trade team can provide guidance. We’ll help you build a coil inventory that complements your device range, ensuring customers who buy hardware from you can also get their replacement coils without going elsewhere.
Your coil supplier directly impacts customer satisfaction and loyalty. Here’s why hundreds of UK retailers trust DATT Vape Distro for their vape coils supply:
Whether you operate a specialist vape shop or a convenience store with a vape section, DATT Vape Distro provides the reliable vape coils wholesale service your business needs.
The vape coils market unfortunately attracts counterfeiters who produce cheap imitations of popular products. These fake coils use inferior materials, poor quality cotton, and inconsistent manufacturing that results in bad flavour, short lifespan, and potential safety issues. Customers who receive counterfeit coils will blame the retailer – damaging your reputation and losing their business.
At DATT Vape Distro, authenticity is non-negotiable. We source all vape coils directly from manufacturers or their authorised UK distributors. Our supply chain is verified and transparent, with proper documentation for every product. Many coils feature scratch-off verification codes that customers can check directly with manufacturers, providing additional confidence in authenticity.
When you buy coils from DATT Vape Distro, you’re getting genuine products that perform as intended. Your customers enjoy proper flavour, expected coil longevity, and safe operation. This consistency builds trust and ensures they return to your store for their next coil purchase rather than looking elsewhere.
DATT Vape Distro stocks vape coils from all major manufacturers including coils for popular pod systems, sub-ohm tanks, and starter kits. Our inventory covers the brands UK vapers use most frequently, ensuring you can serve customers regardless of which device they own. We continuously add new coil lines as manufacturers release them, keeping our catalogue current with market demand.
Yes, absolutely. Every vape coil sold by DATT Vape Distro is 100% authentic and sourced through official manufacturer distribution channels. We never stock counterfeit products. Genuine coils deliver the performance, flavour, and longevity customers expect, protecting your reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction. Many coils include verification codes for customers to confirm authenticity directly with manufacturers.

All vape coils in our catalogue include clear compatibility information indicating which devices, tanks, and pods they work with. Many manufacturers use the same coil platform across multiple devices, simplifying selection. If you’re uncertain about compatibility, our trade team can provide guidance to ensure you stock the right coils for the devices popular with your customers.
Mesh coils use a fine mesh material as the heating element rather than traditional wound wire. This creates a larger surface area in contact with the wicking material, resulting in faster heating, more even vaporisation, enhanced flavour production, and often longer lifespan. Mesh coils have become the preferred choice for most vapers due to their superior performance, though traditional wire coils remain popular for certain applications and price points.
We understand that running out of popular coils costs you sales. Orders placed before our daily cut-off time are typically dispatched the same business day from our UK distribution centre. We partner with reliable courier services for fast, secure delivery, with next-day options available for most UK mainland addresses. This rapid turnaround helps you maintain optimal coil stock levels.
Most vapers need to replace their coils every one to three weeks, depending on their vaping frequency, e-liquid used, and coil type. Heavy vapers or those using sweet e-liquids may need more frequent replacements, whilst lighter users with quality mesh coils might extend to three weeks or more. This regular replacement cycle makes coils a predictable, recurring purchase that drives consistent customer visits to your store.
Yes, our vape coils range covers both traditional sub-ohm tank coils and coils designed for pod systems. The pod system market has grown significantly, and we maintain strong inventory of replacement coils and pods for all major pod devices. Whether your customers use pod kits, pen-style devices, or box mod and tank setups, we have the compatible coils they need to keep vaping.
